制作久违之水果燕菜蛋糕
加上一层的蛋白
蛮喜欢这类蛋糕
吃了不感觉油腻

Ingredients
A. 9" round plain chiffon cake
B. 2 egg whites (100g)
50g castor sugar
C. 290g fresh milk
30g sugar
2 tsp agar agar powder
D. instant jelly solution (boil until transparent)
400ml water
150g(+-) sugar
20g instant jelly
Method:
1. place A in a 9" round or 8 square removable tin
2. put C to boil
3. beat B till fluffy, while still beating, add in hot mixture C and mix well
4. put cake in the refrigerator to set.
5. Meanwhile arrange some fruits on top of cake and pour instant jelly solution D over to set
