同时也为他做了一个他爱吃的AGAR-AGAR FRUIT CAKE,祝他父亲节键康快乐~~
RECIPE:
AGAR-AGAR FRUIT CAKE
Ingredients
A. ½
8” round plain chiffon cake
B. 2
egg white (100 gm)
50 gm fine
granulated sugar
C. 290gm fresh milk
25gm sugar
2 tsp agar-agar
D. Instant
Jelly Solution (Boil until transparent)
400 ml water
140 gm sugar
20gm instant jelly
Method
1. Place
“A” in a 8” round tin.
2. Put
“C” to boil
3. Beat
“B” till fluffy, while still beating, add in hot mixture “C” and mix well.
4. Put
cake in the refrigerator to set,
5. Meanwhile
arrange some fruits on top of cake and pour instant jelly solution “D” over to
set.
