芋泥红豆燕菜奶冻(Taro Red Bean Milk Jelly)



凡是芋頭,它做出的食物我都挺喜愛的,

例如:芋泥蛋糕,芋泥西米露,芋头糕,芋泥球和芋头月饼等

芋泥真的可以做好多甜點 , 還可以拿來做芋泥红豆燕菜奶冻呢 ~

大家都喜歡的點心,試試看喔!


材料A:
1   1/2大匙燕菜粉
80个糖,350 ml水

材料B:
250ml 蒸熟芋头,压烂成泥
150ml椰浆,少许盐

材料C:
自制蜜红豆粒适量

做法:
1。将全部A料放入锅中搅煮至滚及溶解,离火,加入B和C料搅匀至半冷,倒入模具即可了。
待冷之后放入冰箱冷藏至硬方可享用。
Ingredients A:
1  1/2 tbsp agar agar powder
80g castor sugar
350ml water
Ingredients B :
250g steamed taro mashed into paste
150ml coconut milk
pinch of salt
Ingredients C:
100g cooked red bean
 METHOD:
1. Put all ingredients A into a pot.
Stir and bring to boil until agar agar has dissolved
Remove from heat
Add in all ingredients B & C and stir till mixed well
Pour mixture into the mould
 Leave aside to cool and chill in the fridge till firm.
